Bethany's Gift Shop
Bethany's Volunteer Program provides the residents with a link to outside community activities.

Volunteer Services Department

The purpose of the Bethany Homes Volunteer Services Department is to assist the facility in the delivery of health care by obtaining and retaining adequate, competent and satisfied volunteer staff to augment the services of human resources. The objective of the volunteer program is to provide the community with the opportunity to participate in the activities of the residents at Bethany Homes on a volunteer basis and to provide the residents with a link to outside community activities.

Volunteer Mission

The Volunteer Department provides a connection between volunteers and employees to work together to enhance the quality of care and quality of life for the residents at Bethany Homes.

Coffee Shop
(M-F 9 AM-1 PM, 1-4 PM; Sat & Sun 1-4 PM)

Therapeutic Recreational Dept.

Bethany Homes Auxiliary Augments Volunteer Services

Formed in 1964, the Bethany Homes Auxiliary assists the Volunteer Department with leisure-time activities and special events. They also coordinate numerous fund raisers, such as the Coffee Shop, Gift Shop, Carnival, Food Fest & Silent Auction, Strawberry Fest, and the Tree of Lights and much more. All proceeds benefit and enhance the quality of life for the residents of Bethany Homes.

Gift Support

Bethany's Auxiliary annually purchases items to enhance residents' lives, including:

-Stereos and musical Instruments

-Soft serve ice cream machine

-Activity Supplies

-Donation to Van Fund

-Day program craft supplies
