Robert "Butch" McConn, Fargo - Vice-Chair

Attorneys. Robert and his wife, Ann, have two children and are members

Mary M. Johnson, Oxbow - Treasurer
Mary Johnson, CPA, is President of Union State Bank, Fargo. Mary serves
on the Vocational
Training Center Board of Directors and has also served on numerous community
non-profit and
civic boards. Mary and her husband, Ted, have three children and are
members of Hickson
Lutheran Church. Her first Board term expires in the spring of 2009.
Pamela Anderson, Fargo - Secretary
Pamela Anderson serves on the MeritCare Health System Board of Trustees
and the Future
Builders Board of the Trollwood Performing Arts. She is a member of
the MeritCare Foundation
Board of Directors and a member of the Legacy Care Committee of the
Foundation. She and
her husband, Wayne, have three children and are members of Olivet Lutheran
Church. Pamela's
second Board term expires in the spring of 2010.
Shannon Charpentier, Fargo
Shannon Charpentier is president of Shannon Charpentier, Inc. She is
a silver Medal award
winner with Fargo-Moorhead Advertising Federation and volunteers with
a variety of organizations,
including Destination Imagination. She has donated Personal Chef services
to MeritCare
Foundation, American Cancer Society and American Diabetes Association.
She is a member
of Hope Lutheran Church and has one adult son. Her first Board term
expires in the spring of 2011.
Neal Eriksmoen, Fargo
Neal Eriksmoen is President and Real Estate Appraiser with Appraisal
Services, Inc. He is a
member of the Fargo-Moorhead Board of Realtors and Associate Member
of the Appraisal
Institute. Neal and his wife, Karen, have four children and are members
of Hope Lutheran
Church. His first Board term expires in the spring of 2009.
David Glatt, West Fargo
David Glatt is a physician with the Department of Family Medicine of
MeritCare Clinic
Southpointe. He is a member of the Board of Directors of MeritCare Health
System and
is the Medical Director at Bethany. David and his wife, Janice, have
three children and
are members of Holy Cross Catholic Church. He holds the Board position
for the Medical Director.
Martha Leclerc, Fargo
Martha Leclerc is Executive Partner for Reimbursement and Contracting
with MeritCare
Health Systems. She serves on the Women's Fund Advisory Council as Past
President
and is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA)
and the
Health Lawyers Association. Martha and her husband, Leo Wilking, have

and are members of Gethsemane Episcopal Cathedral. Her first Board term

Janice Nelson, Fargo
Janice Nelson is retired as Executive Partner for Laboratory and Pathology
at MeritCare
Health Systems. She is a former member of the United Way Fund Distribution
Committee,
Past President of the North Dakota Society for Clinical Laboratory Science
and Past Secretary
and Chair of the State Licensing Board of Clinical Laboratory Practice.

husband, Dennis, have three children and are members of Hope Lutheran
Church. Her first
Board term expires in the spring of 2010.
Julie Tweit, Fargo
Julie Tweit is a Grief Support Coordinator and Certified Preplanning
Consultant at Boulger
Funeral Home. She is a member of the Institutional Review Boards (IRB)
at Innovis Health
and at North Dakota State University. Julie has two children. Her second
