Bethany Guest Apartment

Bethany Homes has a furnished efficiency apartment at Bethany
Kinder House which is available to family members of residents
of Bethany Homes for short stays.

The guest apartment is scheduled through the Kinder House office
between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Monday through
Friday at (701)280-2801. Reception staff will need to confirm our
ability to have the apartment ready and available, therefore, advanced
reservations are necessary. Generally, occupancy in the guest
apartment will be limited to no more than two adults and for stays
not exceeding one week. Parking is available on site.

The apartment is fully furnished including bed linens and bath towels,
coffee maker, dishes, silverware, microwave, refrigerator, stove and
television with cable. Washers and dryers are also available on each
floor. The charge is $40.00 per night payable in advance along with
a $50.00 refundable key deposit. A one page "agreement" must be
signed as part of the reservation process.
